The COBRA Cure FX Series has been designed specifically for UV curing of inks, coatings and adhesives, making it an ideal solution for UV LED curing in the label industry. The platform design maximizes the inherent value of LED based solutions while incorporating a number of features to address key issues for equipment manufacturers and end users. These patent-pending features have been developed to ensure ease of integration, optimum performance, maximum lifetime, safety and reliability in the field.

COBRA Cure FX series users are already benefiting from features such as a field replaceable window, designed to allow rapid replacement of windows with a build-up of ink mist, without the need for any special tools.

The COBRA Cure FX platform includes compact, fan-cooled UV curing lamps designed for plug and play use. As an LED based solution, the COBRA Cure FX series deliver a significant space saving and a more environmentally friendly solution than traditional systems, the company says.

The series is configurable, allowing users to “Build your UV LED curing system,” a lamp optimized for specific applications. The COBRA Cure FX series is available in a range of wavelengths from 365nm – 405nm (multi-wavelength options also available). Class leading intensities and energy densities are delivered with edge-to-edge uniformity to ensure a consistent, reliable cure.
